1. Delivery

- Why do I still have to wait for my delivery?
Our delivery times are 2 to 10 days, the tracking of your package is precise and you are regularly informed of the status of your order by email.
To offer you the best of France, we store our bottles directly in the cellars of Château Les Graves de Viaud, then they are the ones who send you your reserved bottles in your name.
Your package is repaired to measure at a very economical price, so we have chosen to save money, to provide you with personalized boxes, tissue paper and others on the packaging, which are certainly pleasant, but neither really necessary nor very ecological. Your order is packaged operationally (in black to protect it from light) without frills, logos, boxes or paper bags: here only the BOTTLE you have chosen counts. We've worked HARD to bring it to you, delivered to your home, at the best possible price!

- My BOTTLE has a defect?
Our BOTTLES are patiently selected and checked. We also want to offer you excellent value for money and regular promotions. It is possible that a defect has escaped our control, we are sincerely sorry. Please take a picture of it and send us your comment to boutique@lacolombine.fr, it helps us to improve, to improve our service. Depending on the analysis of the defect, we will offer you a total or partial refund in the form of a GIFT VOUCHER.
